Got 4 tyres fitted and aligned with EBM and they did a fantastic job. Super quick and thorough. My car was actually tidier and cleaner than when I brought it in. Very friendly team and diligent. Hey All, I was given the number of EBM by my friend and told they are very good at what they do. I gave then a call and had a chat with John book my car for RCW. From the start to finish the job they did for me was fantastic, now I take all my cars there. EBM your my number 1.😃👍

I had a slipping transmission and needed my handbrake to be tightened as well as a check engine light. I came in at 8am and they finished at around 2pm so it was quite fast. Picked up my car the next day and the only paid $500 and something to fix everything and was also advised to rebuild or buy a new transmission. Overall very informative and fast all for a fair price, recommended them to a mate as well the price was that good.

Edit: 1 year later... Had more work done recently and just had to reiterate that the team at Elite are wonderful! ____ I want to say a huge thank you to John and the EBM team, for recent work done on my car. They went above and beyond, and took the time to explain everything to me prior to doing the work. They where true to their quote, and even did some extra things for no charge, which was so kind and deeply appreciated. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a timing chain issue (mild rattle when accelerating) show up when I had my 2018 Mercedes' A200 car checked. Another repairer wanted over $2k per step as they fault find the issue, meaning I would have spent at minimum $6-8k just to get it fixed. Mahdi and his team quoted over $2.5k less than is. I also asked him to replace any items showing any age as my car was just under 100k km. I just picked up the car it runs like new. The car had been cleaned inside and out and runs beautifully. The mild timing chain rattle had disappeared and they replaced all aged items. A big thanks to the Mahdi, John and his team. A fantastic job completed and I’ll definitely be recommending you to others.

Pedders stuffed up wheel alignment after Port Lincoln couldn't get it right. A tyre place in Whyalla SA tried. Russell at complete tyre and auto was the closest to getting wheel alignment right. Four people tried to get wheel alignment right. All failed. Ricky at Elite Brake and mechanical said he could fix it. I said Four have tried and all said different things. Pedders guaranteed it. Yet they failed. See worn tyre. They replaced my tyre. $225.00. The marks on the adjustments were what pedders did and what they should be. Right hand side OK. But look at left. Pedders way out and said it can't be adjusted anymore. So I took my van out still pulling to the left. Told me nothing can be done. Finally Ricky saw it. I booked it in. Unbelievably he fixed it. Had to wait quite a long time, but he adjusted all the settings to perfection. The van steering was better than at new. The skill of Ricky, if I was his boss I would give all the wheel alignments to Rick. If EBM are as good in all their work as with what Ricky is, then I recommend them. I had no other work done there. But what I had done there was excellent. Bit on the expensive side, but if you want monkeys to do your work then you pay peanuts. So the extra cost for me was well worth it. Now if only they could tell me how to get back my losses on the share market! lol

Great bunch of guys, quoted correctly and performed the work as required without any hidden costs. I own an XR5 and these guys know there stuff. The one thing that gets me and I haven't complained is when the wheel alignment was done the steering wheel was off centre about one or two splines so am driving with the wheel to the left. Minor issue but should be checked on every job. Will be taking the car back to get further work done. Bonus is they wash your car and vacuum the interior. Should give 4 stars but will give 5 as they are upfront,honest and reasonable prices. Thanks guys.

I have used EBM Springvale for 2 years now for the servicing, maintenance and modifications to my car. They are honest reliable and affordable with great customer service. I cant recommend highly enough. A special shout out to Matthew!

After the 2nd diagnosis did they finally find the cause of the problem and it was good after the repair which even the dealer couldn’t resolve after a few services under their warranty (I really wonder about that). Very satisfied with the job. I would definitely use them again as they communicate very well about what’s the probable cause and the costs before proceeding with the work.

They have a professional and experienced mechanic and will tell you what is wrong and what are the critical issues on your car. And off course they will give you a choice if you want it done or not. they won't just work on it unless you give a consent. But for sure they will give you the right advise for your car's safety. I opted to come here from a friends recommendation and I found the whole experience from start to finish far more personable than when I had it serviced at the car dealership. They even washed my car. I received a courtesy phone call during the day to just let me know where they were at as well which I really appreciated. Great experience. My first time through Groupon.Very professional and explain upfront the fees and services. I took my car in to EBM for concerning about brake noise. Ian did a road-test of my car for the brake noise and found all brakes are serviceable. He explained to me in a professional and honest way that possible brake dust or moisture can cause light squealing noise intermittently. He did not charge me for the service. On top of that, I got a free car clean. Exceptional Customer Service. Highly recommended

Above and Beyond. These are the words that come to mind when I think of Elite Brake and Mechanical. Ian and Matthew have provided me with exceptional customer service and I truly believe they have gone above and beyond what is normally expected to ensure I had a positive experience with them. They went as far as to offer to drive one of our cars home to save us doing another trip there and back because they knew we lived quite a distance away and they were servicing two of our cars. Our family have been seeing the same mechanic for many many years I decided to cheap out on a car service though a Groupon deal but these guys now have a forever customer in me due to the relationship they have build with us through one service. I had just paid a different mechanic $500 to fix the same problem with no luck, so I was very cautious about spending more money. The team were very understanding and professional. Needed squeaky brakes investigated, booked online, brought the car in and explained what I wanted done. They were very transparent, didnt try and sell me something I didn't need. Turned out there's nothing wrong and they couldn't reproduce the sound, they cleaned up the pads and lubed moving parts, definitely better contact than there was when I came in. Very reasonable charge. When I came in to pick up my car, they were explaining thoroughly and patiently what someone needed even though it was as clear the customer was having some trouble understanding. Great customer service! On top of that they make the effort to wash and vacuum your car aswell! Would definitely consider coming back.

Best in the business

Very friendly, took my car in for a fix as it wasn’t accelerating right at all. The boys here were lovely! I don’t know much about cars but they took the time to explain everything, and called my dad when I was a bit hesitant. Even dropped my car off too me when I couldn’t make it!! Lovely, would absolutely take my car back here.

Have had both a minor and major service done here on my Hyundai Ix35 and they have both times been very thorough, reliable, and trustworthy. My call always feels brand new after being there! They call before adding any extra charges and do not pressure you, only advise and let you make your own decision. As a young woman, I really appreciate being informed and respected like that. 5 stars!

Hats off to this team. I have seen Elite for my last couple services. Just recently had D2 Coil overs installed. The team really took the time to come up with the best way to fit the suspension to have my car sit just how I wanted it to. Very thorough and always communicate well. I recently had some work done on my 2009 van at Elite & found the team to be very fair & professional. All the mechanics gel together very well & Matthew does a great job in the office explaining things & keeping you informed. Top service. Guys are amazing and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service. More than happy to have a chat and educate. As a first time owner of a diesel, and a 4wd it was great to be able to have a chat and learn about things to watch out for. They always checked in with me before doing any work to the truck, which gave me piece of mind. Great site too. I had to wait around as I came from the other side of Melbourne, and never felt like I was unwelcome or in the way, even with this virus thing going around the world. Extremely reasonable pricing and true to their words. Could not recommend this place enough.

I purchased car service from groupon..there were so many options i groupon..but when i checked the ratings of other service Centre it was very bad.....but After checking reviews of Elite brake..i tried it and there was this guy name Adam he looked after me.. explained me everything i am fully satisfied.. definately going again.

I found this mechanic via groupon and wow what a fantastic find!! I went in fully expecting that I would need to get 2x new tires for my car. I let the mechanic know this and he dutifully checked and get this found that new tires were not needed and (this is the best bit) let me know and didn't try to make me get new tires at all!! He also went to the effort of explaining some really useful car maintenance things to me in a way that I understood to help me save money and to support the longevity of my car!!! I am so excited to have finally found a reliable, honest mechanic who won't take advantage of my very vague understanding of cars. I will 100% return. Faultless!

Very good place to get your car serviced or fixed. We bought Groupon deal for basic service and it was done very professionally and quickly. The guy working there was very friendly and even did few extra things, but didn't take any extra money. When we picked up our van, it was clean and tyres were shining. We were very impressed and satisfied. If we lived in Melbourne, we would be more than happy to use this place for our regular sevices and other fixings. The location is also good because you can easily catch a train when you leave your car there. Can highly recommend!

Hey All, I was given the number of EBM by my friend and told they are very good at what they do. I gave then a call and had a chat with John book my car for RCW. From the start to finish the job they did for me was fantastic, now I take all my cars there. EBM your my number 1.😃👍

I had a slipping transmission and needed my handbrake to be tightened as well as a check engine light. I came in at 8am and they finished at around 2pm so it was quite fast. Picked up my car the next day and the only paid $500 and something to fix everything and was also advised to rebuild or buy a new transmission. Overall very informative and fast all for a fair price, recommended them to a mate as well the price was that good.

Had more work done recently and just had to reiterate that the team at Elite are wonderful! ____ I want to say a huge thank you to John and the EBM team, for recent work done on my car. They went above and beyond, and took the time to explain everything to me prior to doing the work. They where true to their quote, and even did some extra things for no charge, which was so kind and deeply appreciated. I can't recommend them highly enough.
